学院简介
����华东师范大学继续教育学院是在上海高等师范院校结构调整， 深化教育改革的形势下，在原上海教育学院、上海第二教育学院并 入华东师大后组建的。学院的主要业务范围包括：（1）以上海市为主 的中小学教师在职培训及学历达标、学历提高培训工作；（2）成人学 历教育；（3）各类社会培训任务；（4）成人及继续教育的理论和实践 研究。
����多年来，我院努力追踪社会需求的变化趋势，把握基础教育事 业的发展脉络，积极调整专业设置，推进课程开发，形成一系列富 有特色的培训项目，培养了一批高质量的基础教育师资和社会急需 的各类专门人才。
����我院重视科学管理，制定了严密的管理制度，推行严格的管理 措施，保证教学工作规范运转，高质高效。学院拥有一支成人及继 续教育专业研究队伍，其成果在国内同领域内领先，在国际上也有 影响。在深厚的研究工作及科学的管理实践基础上，学院开展了创 建”学习型学院“活动，决心在新的世纪为成人及教师继续教育事 业的发展，为推进终身教育理念作出新的奉献。
����with the restructure of hlgher teachers colleges in shanghai and the deepening reforms in education，college of continuing education，eastchina normal university（ecnu）was setup in 1998，after shanghai college of education and shanghai no，2 college ofeducatlon were merged into eastchlna normal university．the main tasks undertaken by college ofcontlnuing education，ecnu are as follows：1）on－the－job training and acaryemlc upgrading oftgeteacgers in elementaryand secondary schoof sin shanghai；2）academic studies for adnlt learners；3）speciallied training programs for various purposes；4）researches in the theory and practice of adult ＆ continuing education．
����in the past few years，college of continuing education（cce） has spared no effort to satisfy the changingdemands of society and cope with the developmental trends ofbaslc education，by making positive changes in the provision of specialized and facifitating curriculum development．now cce has developed a great many training prqects with unique characters and has trained large numbers of well－qualified teachers for basic education and professionals of various specialities urgently needed in society．
