“米兰诺冰淇淋”的历史人、简介以及特许经营服务

    一九九七年的仲夏夜，在一次商务性合作圆满成功之后，中方代表邀请来自上海姐妹城市意大利米兰的代表品尝在上海颇有声誉的某种冰淇淋，不料在回宾馆的路上，意方代表谈起历史悠久、纯意大利传统冰淇淋堪称世界上最好吃的冰淇淋之一。意大利传统冰淇淋脂肪含量较低、不含任何人工色素和化学添加剂。
    于是就在此夜，中、意双方达成成共识，他们考虑如何将意大利传统冰淇淋引入上海--这一日新月异的国际化大都市。
    一九九九年一月，双方正式签定合作意向书。合资企业上海雪泰克食品有限公司由此产生。

二○○○年八月，上海雪泰克有限公司转为意大利独资经营。
    上海雪泰克食品有限公司致力于将正宗配方的意大利冰淇淋毫不走样地引入上海。布鲁诺.德.范丁先生应邀来到上海，并成为第一家"米兰诺"冰淇淋店的店长。
    一九九九年九月二十四日，位于黄金地段南京路步行街的本公司首家意大利传统冰淇淋专卖店--"米兰诺"海仑店缤纷开业。

back to hotel, Milan's friend said that the traditional Italian ice cream is one of best ice cream in the world, with long history also from quality point of view, since the original Italian traditional recipe produce a very good natural and fresh product.
This ice cream is a low fat product without any artificial color or artificial flavors. Therefore, on that night on great idea rose from the mind of both sides.

They consider a new cooperation to introduce the traditional Italian ice cream to Shanghai, one of the fastest developing international metropolises.
In January 1999, both sides signed the Contract and By-law to settle a joint venture, named Shanghai Siirtec Food Company.
From August 2000, the company became a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise.
