朱家角工业园区位于上海市西南，处于上海市区与江苏、浙江交界处，是上海通往江苏、浙江的必经之路。

    陆运：东西向有“318”国道，沪青平高速公路2002年直通朱家角，至上海市中心45公里。南北向有朱枫公路，南接沪杭高速公路，距“312”国道25公里。

    水路：横有淀浦河，纵有拦路港、西大盈港、朱柳河，均为6级航道，可通航100-500吨级船只，直通黄浦江，并与太湖水系相通。
    航空：距上海虹桥国际机场仅35公里，30分钟即可到达（高速公路15分钟即可），距浦东机场65公里，50分钟即可到达。
